I totally understand this (and I LOVED the poem and its layout by the way)! I've been living barebones for a while now for this exact reason but the sentimental need to hold on to trinkets and pieces of art made by friends is catching up with me. I'm craving a place to call my own, put all my stuff in, and then leave again to explore - but with the knowledge that there is a place in the world that is wholly mine.

Thank you for your kind words, but mostly for reaching out to connect! I know this feeling greatly, I’m wondering how to make a place that feels mine but also allow my free spirit to roam. It’s such a difficult balance! Are you living barebones in rented places? Or a van (this has been my dream of the week, to have a van that can satisfy my itchy feet but with a base of a house of brick and mortar)? 💚

Yeah, I moved houses and then countries and now in rentals after I got rid of most of my stuff. House + van combo would be the dream I guess!

Wouldn’t it, my sister is currently putting that dream in motion and is converting an ambulance. I do not have the skills for conversion, nor the funds for a pre-made one 😆😆😆 Got to get manifesting!

What countries have you lived in? I love meeting fellow travelling souls 💚
